I tapped an invite link but can't join the album

When you open a link inside apps such as LINE, a web page may open instead of Re:DAY. If that happens, tap "Open in Re:DAY" on the page. If you don't have Re:DAY yet, install it and then open the link again.

I bought Premium but it isn't applied

Open the purchase screen from the crown button at the bottom right of the home screen and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

What happens to my albums if I change phones or delete the app?

When you change phones, open the gear at the top right of the home screen on your old phone → "Move to a new phone" → "Get a code", then enter the code under "Enter a code" on your new phone. Albums you created and joined come along as they are (the code works once, for 24 hours). Restore Premium on the new phone with "Restore Purchase".

Re:DAY is used without signing in, so if you delete the app without moving your albums, you can no longer return to albums you created. For shared albums, you can rejoin if another member sends you the invite link again.

I want to delete photos or albums

I want to turn off music, sound effects or vibration

Use the gear at the top right of the home screen to turn each one on or off.

Can other people see my photos?

Photos and album names are encrypted on your device before they are stored, so even the developer cannot see them. Only people who received the invite link and joined the album can see them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
